You basically need to get lslib/devine which is a tool to decode the .pak files. They are all named in a long code, but the user who posted the video has a breakdown of the codes that correspond to each NPC and how to listen to and manipulate the files.
Also, super recommend the AI mod that changes the narrator to David Attenborough, instant improvements.
Got it. I have a few of those AI voice mods, they are surprisingly good.
I turned Astarion into a girl with a mod in one of my plays and redid their voice to match with an AI track.
