I worked so hard to get Minthara in my good character playthrough, only to realize...

... there's completely no romance scene with her since the only one scene happens in Act 1

Also am I the only one disappointed at how most of the characters have merely one romance scene? I decided to romance Lazael instead of Shadowheart after realizing her only romance scene is like at the very end of the game

It's funny that Gale's English VA calls the boring boat ride the romance scene (and not the astral arachnogale acrobatics).

For romance, there's no reason on a 'good' play to romance Minthara. You miss out on the camp scene from ACT I and they didn't write anything in after. There are a couple of dialogues you get in ACT 3 and and there's a couple of lines in the end/epilogue, but nothing is there for most of the game.

Afaik the only way to get funky with Minthara is by attacking the grove

Well ignoring that, I had also save scummed like mad at the Waning Moon since I heard Minthara's approval would go up each time I passed the story-telling parts.

Then after all was said and done, I took a look at Minthara's approval and lo and behold, it didnt even increase a single effin' bit. Apparently her approval only unlocks after you defeat Ketheric or something...SMH

I think most romances have at least two scenes.

Shadowheart: picnic after the party (Act 1), swimming (Act 3)
Lae'Zel: "taste me" (Act 1), camp fight (Act 2), sunrise (Act 3)

I'm romancing Laezel. She actually has 4 scenes. 1st is the real sex scene. 2nd is another sex scene but it blacks out after she's shown looking over Tav while he was lying down. 3rd one is the sword fight. 4th one is the sunrise.

The sword fight one is actually almost on part with the 1st scene depending on your choice. One choice allows you to push her on the ground and you go all wild kissing her missionary style

You can most definitely get a romance ending and epilogue with Minthara if you romance her on the good path. But yeah, her sex scene is still tied to Act 1, and you going to the goblin party after raiding the grove.

Her romance is still a bit buggy, but you can still get the culmination of it, which may involve you pledging to get revenge on mum back in ol Menzo, plus her epilogue where she tells you her lips are poison.

Also, BTW, Patch 6 finally enabled you to ask her for a kiss, prior to the epilogue, anyway, normally in camp like other companions.

Minthara is fiercely loyal to a romanced Tav in a way few of the other companions are, like she pledges basically to liquidate anything that harms or touches you.
