Report a translation problem
Make sure you make an account and log in. After that, you should just be able to take the .zip file and drag and drop in the window and it does the ordering and deployment for you.
If your mods are showing up but aren't working it could be a compatibility problem with other mods or with the newest version of BG3.
For example, the everyone in dialogue mod is broken with the newest version of BG3.
If you plan to use mods I would install them manually.
