Does vortex just hate this game???

I seriously can't get vortex to work at with this and im just wondering if anyone has had this issue, and if it's better to just try and mod it myself at this point?

I had issues with BGMM not recognizing mods at all and then tried Vortex and no issues with that software. Nexus/vortex only hates mods that remove DEI stuff and they won't host that. There's almost 1,500 mods for BG3 on there so they do like BG3 and it works.

Make sure you make an account and log in. After that, you should just be able to take the .zip file and drag and drop in the window and it does the ordering and deployment for you.

If Vortex is giving you grief then I suggest uninstalling and reinstalling all your mods for BG3. That usually fixes any problems with mods not showing up/deploying properly.

If your mods are showing up but aren't working it could be a compatibility problem with other mods or with the newest version of BG3.

For example, the everyone in dialogue mod is broken with the newest version of BG3.

If you plan to use mods I would install them manually.
