If you're talking about mods that change the appearance of the female companions, there's several of those. Face swaps or changes for Minthara, or Lae'Zel. Etc.
The two mod categories at Nexus you will want to look through -- Visuals tends to have stuff either for customizing Tav/character creator, or stuff that changes the appearance of models throughout the game.
Characters section tend to have mods for changing the appearance of specific companions, and then in turn those are usually found by the name of the companion whose appearance you want to change.
Thanks again.
Let me give you an example. Here's a face mod for Lae'zel. Giving you several other face choices for her.
Lae'Zel Alternate Faces

My point being, if you want to change the face/appearance of a specific female companion, search at Nexus by their name. (I agree browsing through it by section can take a long time.)
Now, if you want more choices in the character creator for Tav herself, well, those would be things like:
Faces of Faerun
https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/429
or the other one I mentioned above ... Character Creation Presets WIP (seems to be more popular/downloaded/endorsed)
The third type of mod will change appearance for all models of a certain kind. Shocker, some like bigger boobs, etc. Here's a mod of that type.
SBBF Stylized Beautiful Body for Female
https://www.nexusmods.com/baldursgate3/mods/4864
That changes the appearance (more body than face) of female elves, half-elves, drow, etc. lots of races, including NPCs.

What do you call "traditionally beautiful"? And Lae'zal isn't human, why do you want to give her a human face?
Beauty is, after all, in the eye of the Beholder.
For some people, it could mean, only people who are white, blond haired, and blue eyed. (But I'm giving the benefit of the doubt - again, don't know what was meant).
Maybe it means people who don't have lots of tattoos or piercings or this weird bugaboo some have over pink, purple, blue, or other non-traditional hair colors. Dunno.
Or it means you want female bodies with bigger boobs, butts, etc. Again, as nothing was specified, I only suggested the mods that I think might help OP.
Pretty much any game that lets you create characters has mods that add additional options, and often options to modify other characters in it besides MC/protag. So does BG3. (I just think this has nothing to do with any so-called "agendas".)
Can't you just find the right sub-catagory on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? It's probably easier.
Giving the benefit of doubt, OP may have been meaning, "Classically beautiful". Which is definitely a thing, although it does kinda get used interchangeably as a dog whistle at times.
But if we're talking symmetrical faces and certain feature proportions, then basically what they're asking for is more human faces on gith. Which, personally I don't understand because I love how alien Lae'Zel looks and acts with her head tilts and twitches for emphasis. But each to their own, and that does seem to be what the OP is asking for rather than anything underhand.
Also have a healthy doubt of scepticism going on that I'm right about that, but that has nothing to do with the OP's question and more to do with the crap I've seen posted on these discussions. Somehow everything gets.. interesting.. here.
Because the topic was raised on a public discussion forum and I'm free to question it?
"Someone please get the bard out of that creature's eye...."
Careful, stuff like that tends to get Lae'Zels attention.
