Help me get a fresh install.

Ever since hotfix 22 my game has refused to get past the launcher. Either hitting play doesnt open the game or it just auto crashes after a few seconds. I've done two clean reinstalls and when I open the game it continues to tell me that I dont have matched files or w/e it is that indicates you have mods in. How do I figure out to get a genuinely clean install?

I want to play but even after uninatalling all mods from vortex... I stiil get the warning of mis matched files

You need to delete your mods locally most likely

I have... vortext says they are all uninstalled

I've noticed that when my game doesn't launch. I can get it to work again by closing the launcher and stopping the game on Steam and starting it up again and it will launch. I use mods and haven't done anything to them.

For that you show a video.

What you should show screenshots are the places where it is obvious that you made a clean install or not. Such as the game's bin directory folder and local app data. If you followed the guide to the letter what you experience is impossible.
