I'm A druid and want to multiclass a sorcerer
So how does multiclassing work? Will I get skills/spelld from both classes as I level? And, do still keep all my druid skills?

Basically, you get the same spell slots as you would if you kept advancing as a druid- so a Druid 4/Sorcerer 4 would have the same spell slots as an 8th level sorcerer or druid.
You'll lose access to some higher level spells because you have a lower level in each class, but you can always use higher level spell slots for upcasting spells.
And no, you don't lose any skills from multiclassing, you just get the skill and armor/weapon proficiency from your first class.

So my level wont go down in druid the more I level sorc? I read somewhere on Google that made me think that's what happens.

Another thing to consider is taking 1 level in Wizard so you can learn spells from scrolls. You will get extra (long rest) spells slots based on your INT. If you dump stat INT to 8 but get the headband from the ogre it gets boosted to 17 and you will get 4 extra spell slots and will be able to learn scrolls up to your total caster levels from all classes.
