Can I run baldur's gate 3 if my pc smoothly run gta 5 at stable 60fps?

Hey all,
As mentioned in the title, I wanted to ask if my laptop will be able to run this game at let's say medium settings or at least high texture and environmental effects and water on a medium or medium/low?

These are my laptop specs:

Processor AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics 3.00 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.37 GB usable)
Video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

By "being able to run" I mean above 30fps and without having my laptop become extremely hot.

Usually, I can play GTA5 without any big issues as a comparison.
