UnderDark Mushroom Circle
The one that leads you back to behind that door in the Overgrown Tunnel leading to the Hag's lair, is there anything there? Like on the Overgrown Tunnel side?

That big door that isn't an illusion like the other one blocks off the path back to the rest of the Overgrown Tunnel from this side where the mushroom portal is on, is there anything worth doing here? I can't find anything that says there is.

There is nothing valuable there. It's just an alternate (and not especially convenient) path to the underdark.

You can pass the door if wearing a whispering mask. It's nothing special, just leads to the trapped / noxious area behind the waterfall on the way to hag.
