You can, at that point in the game you have like 10 Dimension Door scrolls. Other options include throwing Invisibility Potions at her feet, or giving her Sanctuary. Isobel's mortality is not the hard part of the game: it's keeping the tieflings alive.

I know but it is too late now. I was so strong, almost one shot marcus and half of the other enemies and isobel just jump down and run into lasts ramaining monsters. They just crit her twice and it is over. Im not mad because i can lose a fight, it is just stupid scripted npc who is desined to be captured? We should control her in honor mode. One stupid moment and mu run is over.

I can tell you it's not scripted I have saved her before but the NPCs are dumb sometimes lol

For me, the worst is when you have already killed Marcus, but his winged horrors manage to kill Isobel. Then suddenly in a cutscene, the dead Marcus is alive again, grabs her, and flies off with her!

I understand your pain. I was so furious in my first playthrough shortly after release about the fight design that I thought about stopping playing at all. Because I hate to reload.

In my Honour mode run I was very concerned about the encounter and seemingly quite overprepared because the fight was a breeze. Larian maybe made it much easier, too, compared to the time after release. In my current run (Honour mode features + stronger enemies by mods) it was the same, not much of a problem. So I dare to say that you did not prepare well, sorry.

But Honour mode or not, I find the idea of this scripted abduction so badly designed that I would close the game forcefully to replay, and I would not consider any honour lost.

Losing isobel isn't run breaking. Part of the charm of honour mode is living by dice rolls, both for dialogue and combat. Things can and do go wrong in these runs, and part of the challenge is dealing with stuff like this as it comes up.

You can go into an honour mode run trying to do certain things, but it doesn't always pan out

This.

As a bonus you can still save Jaheira.

If you play as the Dark Urge that can actually lead to some unexpected boons even if you are resisting with no guilty conscience.

It is actually crazy that I am in general horrible with quests "save X and Y" but somehow I always manage to save Isobel ( some other characters lack her luck, though; especially the last companion you can recruit or Halsin). That is a sheer luck over there, not that much of a skill. And luck plays some role in the life of any adventurer.

Another section with brain dead NPC's is the deep gnomes and tieflings you can free in Moonrise Towers.

And also the gnomes in the factory.

get every box/chest and build and awesome barricade, just leaving available the terrace door.

Eventually ( I didn't try it though, so they might not work ), consider some spells like Feign Death, Sanctuary, Warding Bond, etc...

Or Jaheira if you leave her on her own in the assault of Moonrise.
