Resonance Stone - Steeped in bliss - buff - Is it worth it?
+Advantage on physical checks.
-Mental saving throws.
Advantage is usually better.

I like the perma buffs but is this bad maths?

More likely to succeed strengh checks, but any spellcaster is gonna wreck your ♥♥♥♥. Not worth it, cause the classes that would need it can already give themselves advantages and will suffer greatly from the disavantage, spellcasters just do not give a ♥♥♥♥.

Ok, thanks for that.
:D
Im finding this item to be pretty potent in my playthrough as we have an In your Face Barbarian character with it using the shield amulet so he doesnt seem to have Advantage or Disadvantage on Wisdom Saves but it has made our Sorcerer an absolute fiend with Hold Person/Monster and a bit of upcast or Twin Spell

Apparently the true power behind the Resonance Stone is its ability to passively apply Psychic vulnerability on nearby targets, which doubles Psychic damage.

Unfortunately this really only works well with Shadow Blade (which you need to use a hireling exploit to take full advantage of), most Gith blades like Soulbreaker or Silver Sword, Strange Conduit, and like 3 single-target damage spells.

This ^

Throw it on a barbarian/thief multi class (bear totem and thief with 5 levels of each so its practically immortal) then run right in and go ham on enemies in melee.

Then have your casters focus the harder foes near the barb with mental save spells...

It's just incredible, you save a HUGE ammount of spell slots you'd otherwise want to spend to gain advantage with Enhance Ability. Remember, lockpicking and stealth are physical checks and so are shoving and resist being shoved.

I just finished a play where I used the resonant stone + dual shadow blades + paladin / thief to destroy enemies.

There's a trick where you can cast shadow blade with a hireling, dismiss them, and re-recruit them and the blade becomes permanent. You can do this twice to get 2 perma blades that don't require concentration.

They aren't dippable, but there also used to be a way to dual cast the (available at) 9th level spell elemental blade (fire) with a paladin/sorcerer, but I think the dual cast of that was patched out. You could then do that and use hat of fire acuity to really juice up the damage. I think you could get up to 500 HP damage that way in a round with that combo.
