Sure chief, but hey listen. Also grab https://github.com/LaughingLeader/BG3ModManager/releases
Because youre going to want a mod manager that can handle all your bad decisions!
Mod it in if you want it OR roll some dice irl.
This exactly. My tables have a 2 mulligan rule: You roll 4d6+3 per stat with a creation hardcap of 20, then assign them as you want. You can reroll your entire set up to two more times, but your third set is the one you stick with.
Thats if you want to roll, though. I urge my players to point buy.
If I rolled all 18s, I would not be able to put that into my game character.
That should be obvious to anyone saying roll dice.
Thats why mods exist my guy. Rolling for stats is a min-max thing where you try to get at minimum 16 in every stat.
Just like real time with pause, its not something most people want... Or even do.
Wouldn't mind races ACTUALLY having stat bonuses regarding their race. Like in this game someone call "Dungeons and Dragons".
Believe it or not, but this game that some call "Dungeons and Dragons" uses the exact same system that BG3 has! Wow!
What do you care how I like to play my games anyway?
How does that affect you?
