Mods to Change Main Characters apperance?

Is there any way to change the characters such as Gale, Astarion etc, like a character customization. I would love a playhthrough as one of them but I really miss the ability to alter apperance even slightly, like give astarion a mustach etc.

Yeah I know about the whole scriptextender thing, hopefully they release official mods support soon, don't want to risk bricking my saves. But thanks for the recommended mod even if you are a bit of an a double s about it.

I couldn't find any mods that works without scriptextended that does similar things to the same extent.

Maybe they will add something similar to the mod you liked in an official capacity.

Unfortunately, what you want to do (full customization) requires accessing the scripts of the game, and until they open up that access, you need Norbyte's hack to do so. Unfortunately, as Norbyte's hack is the hack it is, it tends to break after updates. This is what things will be like, I expect, until official mod support rolls out.

But anyway, Norbyte's usually pretty quick & diligent on updating SE and I'm sure it will be working with HF 21 in a few days.

Now: BTW, if you don't want to do full customization but are willing to work "piece by piece" so to speak, at Nexus, there are already face swaps, other appearance changers to make them look older, younger, all kinds of stuff; and all kinds of things that change the appearance of companions in various ways. Just find the particular appearance change you want (i,e, Give my Goddess Shart Mega Boobs)* -- You can even change the gender of Astarion to female (this seems to be making some folks foam at the mouth, but who knows, it's always something).

*I'm not saying that really exists, but I bet something like it does.
