Yes. That's the way it goes when you Mod a game that does not support modding. Best you can do is remove all the Mods and hope that the save files themselves are not corrupted with Mod data.
Good Luck
Your first mistake is to assume you did install the mods correctly. The second is not to consult the mods authors with that. You should start with sharing relevant screenshots which show that you actually did install them correctly and that you consulted the mod author accordingly.
I'm afraid you don't understand. Larian Studios does NOT currently support Modding in BG3. Nor do they take Mods into account when they patch or hotfix the game.
You risk your entire game installation and all your progress when using Mods in BG3. The only help anyone here can give you is in how to fully uninstall and delete all Mods and trace files left by mods, and uninstall BG3 completely. That might help recover your system, but if a Mod has changed Save file data, it is more likely that the entire game progress is lost.
This is NOT a BG3 or Larian Studios problem. It is a Mod author issue and they are the ones that need to fix any incompatibilities their Mods cause in the game.
Good Luck
Again, check with the author of the mods that are not working. They'll have the best feedback on this. Be sure to read everything on the description page. If there is very little on the description page, you should probably give the mod a miss.
(Taken from mod experience in other games. It's pretty much standard across all games. YouTube filled in some gaps for BG3-specific stuff.)
