Who else didn't hesitate.... (Spoilers!)
Who else didn't hesitate when they got the chance to kill Valeria during the major throwback to Saverok?

I honestly played the DnD tabletop Campaign Avernus, and I f_cking hated that stupid elephant.

I made to hesitation at all to sacrifice it to Bhaal, not even for the storyline.... Just because I hate them lol.

Never he’s cute and I’m sad I can’t date the fella

The funny thing is, I attacked Saverok before he even explained what he wanted me to do (killed my way in because I was tired of Orin's games), wasn't sure how to proceed forward, then killed Valeria because I thought maybe that would do something. Then I found the way forward was there the whole time.

Didn't like him anyway.

You're thinking the oliphant, Lulu. And yes, she's a dreadful exposition npc as if you follow her clues, she discredits herself to the point where you'd have to be a moron to listen to her further.

Investigator so and so doesn't endear himself either, so not surprised some players do as they do.

Not to mention, oliphants are upper planar creatures, they have no business on the mortal realm. They're as unnatural as devils and zombies.

Valeria is the investigator.
Lulu is from Descent into Avernus.

Yep, OP conflates the two in second paragraph.

I did not kill the elephant. The Bhaaal groupies are evil.

Literally wrote a copypasta about this yesterday....

You don't have to kill Sarevok, he can just open the door for you. What you do is kill the lazy flying elephant that isn't very good at their job...they even skipped out on their tab at the bar. He's rude and pretty worthless as you already had to do their job for them. You'll being doing a favor for the city as I am sure he has wrongly accused many in the city and doing a favor for sharess's at the same time for taking care of the deadbeat. You can then loot his hooka to add it to your collection of hookas at camp.

This was a description of what went down when I did an all drow party for my 2nd play.

Plus the city guard he offers in the final battle sucks. I have killed Sarevok in every BG game. Only in TOB his sword sucked. But in BG3 great things come from his death. You dont need to solve the Murders and you dont need any hands and you can deal with Gortash last. Or make him an ally.

I really don't feel that bad now haha

it really should be better at its job, but no, not gonna kill it. I like the race, but I do admit she is a poor representative of it and can understand your temptation.
