The only thing that possibly makes it worthwhile is volunteering to be Araj's lab rat means you can get up to 2 sanguine explosives from her a day, if you agree to give her more blood each time. Now those explosives are very nice.
If you have a build that plays around making someone burn then it might be very useful since it's basically free way to apply it. But otherwise no because you'll be randomly exploding and leaving fire on the ground.
If you get hit inside a certain fireworks shop with this potion active, you'll end up detonating a nuke :D
