Bhaalist Armor bugged?

I tried it on Raphael / Ansur / Steelwatch Titan (with bonespike gloves), but they never had the aura of murder icon on it and i was standing very close to them. I even unequipped / equipped it. The icon showed at my buffs, but it did nothing in several fights. I tried it against the netherbrain and there it worked without an issue.

Anyone else has this problem?

What do those 3 have in comon that the Brain does not? None of them are alive! you cant murder someone who is dead or was never alive.

It did not work against Gortash as well ...
