Staff of the Mumbling Wizard Nerf?
Does anyone know anything about this? The staff is supposed to give you a 100% hit chance firebolt with a 5% chance of detonating a fireball on yourself. But they changed it to a regular firebolt. Does anyone know when this was nerfed? I can't find any information on it nor anyone talking about it.
