Report a translation problem
Because removing mods often doesn't remove them.
If it doesn't help, Verify Files in Steam.
If that still doesn't help, reinstall.
If you choose to reinstall through steam, it only deletes the files it is "aware" of, i.e., original, legit, files. After uninstalling through steam, go to the installation folder and remove everything there as well.
Otherwise, you have a list of mods at C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods
Assuming this is just a UI mod, I doubt it would break your saves though.
But if it somehow doesn't clean install.
Doesnt appear clearly in the main mod folders
Otherwise, welp, gotta reinstall.
