Just like any other weapon. You have a "throw" action, that opens up a panel with all the throwable weapons. Select it, and then your target.

As the very name suggests, best thrown by a Dwarf.

Don't throw dwarves.

man do i wish i could put throwable weapons in the quiver and have them work from there.
