Considering her background, abducted to the hells for more than a decade, there is not much more but visting her parents and meeting her former friends/colleagues, though.
As the party gets more powerful, we directly talk to multiple gods on our journey. We are not common adventurers at the end. So I think a quest that restores her OG tiefling heart (wish, magic, whatever) would be exciting.

True maybe some other options on how to deal with Gortash if you have her in your party would be nice.
Karlach seems fixated on taking down Gortash - for good reason besides the general ones, as he "sold her to the devil" ... IMHO, it is a great moment when her emotions trigger as she looks at his corpse.
Minthara seems fixated on taking down Orin ... for good reason besides the general ones, as she appears to have tadpoled her .., in fact giving a quite common shared experience with Durge.
But Karlach HAS a personal quest, even if it sorta plays out in earlier acts (usually) with finding infernal iron.
Technically, Minthara never really does. It would be cool if she did. You could argue that in a way, neither does Halsin. Other than, of course, lifting the shadow curse. But nothing also in Act 3.
Of the 2nd tier companions (Halsin, Minthara, Jaheira and Minsc) Minthara is the only one without one really. Ok, Jaheira and Minsc share one really, which is ok.
Making one for Minthara would either feel as a loose end, i.e. yet another random quest in the city, or it'd have to be tied to gathering allies for the final battle like every other companion quest has the potential to do (except Karlach's?). It'd be shoehorned in I fear.
I mean, even in launch, I always thought it'd be nice if there was a way for Karlach to have a happy ending, like by all means gate it behind a series of challenging quests / crafting etc, but having that option woulda been nice. Felt like they did Karlach dirty since shes so wholesome.
Minthara well, I played Durge and her in the party, she gets some extra dialogue AFAIK but not to the epicness of say house of grief, house of hope.
Hot take here, I'd rather they didn't add Halsin and used that content for these 2 characters. I never interacted with him outside of the goblin area
That being said, her ending dialogue and the patch 5 epilogue are awesome
In the epilogue they tell of a way to fix her heart involving infiltrating a facility in the hells and finding the solution on blueprints found on some cambions.
I guess it's something that could be added as an expansion.
I guess. She is definitely wanting you to take control of the Netherbrain, but it's not something that appears in your Quest Journal.
I would like both her and Halsin to have something to DO in Act 3 - personal quests for them that appear in your Quest Journal - sure, that would be cool. I even SUSPECT that wilting tree thing MIGHT have been MEANT to be a personal quest for Halsin, but it never got implemented. As for Minthara, who knows, maybe it could have something to do with dealing with Drow that are looking for her, because Mom still on the hunt.
