Gemini Gloves Bugged?

Hi there,
I am using Gemini Gloves on Gale and i was able to use the passive Adroit Caster exactly once. I was expecting it to recharge after a Short Rest but it is nowhere to be found in the menus.
Is this a bug?

According to wiki you are correct and is supposed to recharge on Short Rest

It should be located on your Passives tab. Since it is a toggle feature, it may be 'OFF' after use and need to be turned back 'ON' by clicking on it.

Have you checked the Passives tab?

Yep, checked the passives Tab, it is gone. It does still show up in the characters sheet but I cannot toggle it on. Illithid powers are visible and can be toggled, also non lethal combat.

Ok. Type in the name of the actual spell in the Search dialog on the Spells list. It should display it and from there, it can be dragged to the Hot Bar.

unequip them, than equip. adroit caster will appear.
