Thanks a lot, so I can simply kill Kagha, steal the idol and then raid? Btw I have not yet gone to the goblin camp and taken the raiding quest, will it still be avaible?
The quest to raid will always be available so long as Minthara and Dror aren't dead. Gut doesn't matter and she can be killed, just make sure you get her alone in her room first or you'll turn the whole camp hostile. Dror needs to be alive because if he's not then the whole camp turns permanently hostile if you get into a fight with him - there's no way to circumvent this by killing him. Best to just ignore him entirely. Minthara is the one who gives you the quest and the only goblin leader you need to talk to for the raid.
Thank you for your time that answer is really helpful
I typically start by saying goodbye to:
Halsin and his big Act II quest
Karlach and her gamelong arc
Wyll and his gamelong arc
Gale (if you fail the roll to keep him) and his gamelong arc
All the tieflings including multiple quests in Act III
All the druids
Two storekeepers
...because all of those things will be gone if you sack the grove.

I have already played the good story so want to try evil one. All those risks are approved.
And I have read that you can keep karlach and wyll by killing them in camp and ressurrect after the raid, gonna try that too
