Want Yuan-Ti Scale Mail

So QuarterMaster Talli sells this scale mail that I would love to have. She's located at the Last Light Inn and then Moon Rise Towers after the attack.

The problem is I'm half way through Act3

Is there anything I can do?

No. But there is an even better medium armor with no DEX limit in Act 3.

There's an outdoor armor dealer just SW of the magic shop in the lower city. Look for the Armor of Agility

If you are an AC obsessive and have a high DEX build, this is the best medium armor in the game.

And Dammon sells an AC 16 / no dex limit medium armor if he lived and made it to the city.

Plus the progression's really nice.

Get +1 Scale in Act I, Yuan-Ti Scale in Act II, then Armor of Agility in Act III. You go from AC 19 to AC to 22 AC in Act II and 24 AC in Act III, just from armor, shield, and 20 DEX.

Bonus points for Cloak of Protection/Displacement, Wondrous Gloves, and the occasional Defense Flourish/Shield to shoot your AC to untouchable numbers (Legit gave a Steel Watcher a 10% chance to hit and those things are accurate af).
