Nyrulna not two handing
I know it is a versatile weapon and if you two hand it it does thunder damage. It not doing the thunder damage and I noticed when I equip and unequip a shield it does not alter the damage since.

How can I two hand it?

I'm not sure if it's a bug. I came here to know if there is a button to push. Are you saying this is a bug?

There is no button to push. If you have something in your offhand (another weapon, a shield) Versatile weapons are used one handed. If it's empty, they are used two handed.

OK so than it is a bug. My off hand is empty and I am not getting the thunder damage or damage boost.

Nylruna should do Thunder damage all the time, by the way. It's not only when used two handed. It does additional Thunder damage when you throw it.

Oh I misread it. I got dyslexia so I read "wielding with both hands" as "when wielding with both hands". But I just attacked an enemy and got not thunder damage. It was an ordinary flaming fist. He should not have immunity.

Also shouldn't the damage change between when I have a shield and don't?

Yes, Tridents do 1-6 one handed and 1-8 two handed. You may not noticed much of a difference there (check your combat log to see the die rolled).

I don't know why you wouldn't deal extra (1d6) Thunder damage though. You can inspect enemies to check their weaknesses and strengths though.

OK idk why but with and without a shield it's a 1d8. If thats the max dice than I suppose I get 2H damage when I 1H. I thought since it's 1d8 with shield it was a 1d10 without.
