Can Minthara become permanently hostile after being knocked out?

I am trying to recruit Minthara without siding with her in act 1, which apparently involves knocking her out while she is temporarily hostile.

When I delivered the final non-lethal hit, I noticed a bunch of attitude maluses appearing over her head. Is that bad?

Also, do I still have to worry about the alarm drums that turn everyone hostile? Can they affect Minthara even when she is unconscious?

If she turned temporarily hostile and was knocked out, you are good. The only thing you need to care about after that is to finish off the other two goblin leaders (Gut and Ragzlin) before taking a long rest, otherwise Minthara will wake up from being knocked out and be truly hostile.
