[PRINTING PRESS SPOILERS] Very sad that casting Daylight in that room does nothing...
First I thought Light would do something to the pictures, but when it didn't work, I decided to try Daylight. Neither did anything to the pictures. Very sad.

I was surprised that it appeared to be similar to "traditional" photography. I've never seen that in D&D campaigns I played. Sure. Gortash and his creative (and a little obscene) redesigns based on stolen Gnomish tech were leaps ahead of most stuff in the Realms, but even photography seemed a bit advanced.

I mean. He had someone painting his portrait instead of someone taking photo.

Still even so, the images all looked like they were finished developing. I wanted to burn them (and similarly cause the room to explode), but no d20s. (aka... "no dice")

They have actual humanoid robots that can be remotely piloted. We can't make a single humanoid robot that moves like a person without it falling all over itself. Trust me, photography is not that advanced for them.
