Which races can grow beards?

I always try, when making a character, to make them look as natural as possible.
I'm new to the Baldur's Gate or even D&D community, so I'm not sure how curtain races are supposed to look like or can look like most of the time.
So far I can say humans, Dwarfs and Gnomes (except Deep Gnomes) can grow beards.
What about the other races? Which other races appear in the lore with natural grown facial hair, and which do not.

Also, I'm sure male Deep Gnomes cannot grow hair at all?

I'm playing a deep gnome and they can have hair and beard/facial hair.

Every race can grow beards except elves.
Deep Gnomes can grow hair and beards, it's just they have a cultural tendency to shave their heads and faces. But not every Deep Gnome sticks to this.

Halflings can't grow full beards either nor can Dragonborn for that matter.

Just found a Deep Gnome NPC with a mustache in Wulbren's Hideout.

Elves have beards that grow not from the top but from the bottom, and halflings have beards on their legs

"Which races can grow beards?"

The answer is "None". Races in this game cant grow Beards, you only can put it or remove it in character creation. THis game doesnt have this function to grow beard passing time.
