With or without mods?

I like mods, wish Larian would put out a DLC or something official. Wouldn't mind some new features, and some bugs getting squashed. 90% sure it's my mods doing this but I've had to restart over 10 times. I hope Larian sees this and can understand how frustrating it is. I love the mod community but I just wish for something official. Your thoughts?

My thoughts are the game is better with mods, but also, as it is prior to any real official support, one needs to be cautious.

My other thought is Norbyte should port Script Extender to Macs, but he isn't responding to my illithid persuasion. Since he never will, I hope "official support" means someday it's unnecessary.

Recommend against it since people seem to keep encountering game breaking bugs because of their mods. Most of the posts asking for help with bugs in this forum are because they are modding.

i might be in the minority but i love bg3 just the way it is without mods

only mods i've seriously given thought to are ones that expand the party past 4, offer more customization options, or offer a better dying system because those are really the only parts of the game i'm hung up on
