In the battle of the Abandoned Cistern (which isn't abandoned, oddly), I intentionally DID NOT kill Roah. I used non-lethal damage to make her unconscious. I left the cistern and came back later (after defeating the Zhents for Nine-Fingers) and Roah was not there. Does she appear anywhere else in Act 3? She has some cool stuff for sale!
