"1 item was moved to your Traveller's Chest" message when travelling to camp [minor Act I spoilers]

I'm leaving the Monastery in Act I after Lae'zel has tried the purification device, also have (Act I spoilers) acquired the secret weapon and entered the Artifact, sparing the Dream Visitor.

When I go to camp a message appears saying "1 item was moved to your Traveller's Chest" - however I've checked both the chest and scoured my inventory for any change and I can't find a thing that has changed. Even took pictures of all the party inventory and I can't see any changes!

I'm probably overlooking something and it's nothing but it's driving me nuts trying to figure it out. Anyone else had this message?

EDIT - Argh, I figured it out. While inside the Monastery I accidentally picked up a Metal Fork near Wyll's camp area and then dropped it on the ground. When I left the area and camped again, the game automatically fetched the dropped fork and put it in the chest. I hadn't dropped an item in camp until now! :)
