just succeeded the deception check to save both mayrina and get the hair but she instantly attacked me after letting mayrina out and i didnt get the hair

Didn't have something like Cloud of Daggers still up and her standing in it, did you?

nope, just took the hair option and it works fine but succeeding either the intimidation or deception results in a fight same as if i had failed it. you can save scum via task manager FYI

Yep both checks are completely bugged out, regardless of success it results in a fight with no rewards. however if i take one of the basic options the game plays out normally.

I found using guidance causes that. I tried passing the deception roll without guidance or any other assistance from other companions and it went through as normal.

I had a burning DOT on her from a previously thrown alchemist fire. She wasn't standing in a burning patch of ground, just had the lingering DOT from the impact. I believe this is what caused this same issue for me, it happened just as you described. She took damage from the DOT the moment i passed the dialogue in the intimidation check with Lae'zel, and became hostile.

I'm not aware of any patches or changes that prevent saving the girl and getting the stat buff at the same time, even in Honor mode.
