Sincere half-Orc Body-type question

I noticed that the half-orc has only two body types; is there a lore reason for it? I can't quite tell, but it looks to be between the two "sizes" of each gender and more muscles/hunched over? Just wondering because I imagined half-orcs as fairly tall. Thanks!

I think it's more of a time/resources thing. Dwarves as well only get 2 body types. Maybe later in patches they will add more or just let modders have at it.

If you look at the Orc depiction in DnD 5e, it is very bulky and hunched over. If it's not a time thing (which would also make sense since they were added relatively late in development), it probably is lore stuff. Half-Orcs being decendant from actual orcs, they would keep those traits. Orcs are brutish and violent creatures who were basically only created to ♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ up and destroy the elves
