Trader price modifier on honor mode

Anyone know what the exact modifier is? I'm doing a practice run on custom difficulty to prepare for a lone wolf honor run and I want to get all the details right minus the single save file.

Without any bonus from attitude or persuasion? I think it's 0%. At least, that's what the UI shows. Maybe the base prices increase on honor mode.

Same as Tactician, price factor is 3.0, so u need iirc 15 Persuasion and 100 attitude (1.5 + .5) to get it down to 1.0 (200% price reduction), which you can obtain with 8 from Profiency and Expertise and +7 from CHA (so 24 CHA with Mirror of Loss + Birthright) . You should be fine with less minmaxing though.

EDIT : there is also a ring for +1 Persuasion sold by Braccus at the Inn in act 2, if u saved him so far, which reduces the CHA needed to 22.
