Step 4: Partake in the discussion thread.

Step 6: Thread gets locked for "non-productive discussions"

nah criticism is fine, there is plenty wrong with this game.

those threads come and go as they get resolved, however, theres dozens if you scroll back.

Hours at a time? Steam overlay makes taking a minute to respond to a thread like what, 5 minutes? And then you are right back to the game.

If you are getting tired of seeing some kinda pattern in the game forums...maybe you should spend less time there?

Yeah honestly people like that are kinda annoying because they suppress criticism of the game.

All the actual criticism getting derailed by these guys who are trying to wage their culture war - so if anyone does make an honest criticism thread it's overrun by trolls like that trying to make it political.

I cannot understand why people are somehow shocked that gaming forums are full of people who like the game. Look, I'm not crazy about Starfield, but I guarantee if I go to their forums, they will be full of people who like the game. People who hate the game will be the minority. This is just common sense.

No agenda, no conspiracy, no hive mind; it's the reality a person should expect, and it boggles my mind why people act shocked to encounter it. Of course, trolling usually requires a good feigned act of appearing shocked.
