Is he still showing the "Invulnerable" enemy tag on inspection/examination?
I haven't heard back from the others who reported on it and were suggested to check without mods, but my notifications aren't working as they should, I'm sure that's it.
And yes, the invulnerability tag is still there as she's constantly missing him
Which mod do you mean by "the" mod?
As I said not going to waste another hour on a tedious ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fight only to find out that the game is totally broken anyways.
Has anyone hit him yet? I know he is invuln until Dame A.. is freed. Never ran into a problem where he stays invuln. No mods though...
Oh, and you're not allowed to comment on the "random" dice rolls, you'll get assaulted non-stop and they crit every time too :)
No, invulnerable obviously means you can't even hit him (you'd think that based on the cutscene before hand you would hit him anyway and then he'll just heal the damage but consistency isn't this game's strength)
Ah, yeah, when you bought a product from a company that lied to you about it, then you can't complain least the shills come out and defend the company ... time honoured tradition. Not that I care, I imagine they are hurt far more by someone not worshipping the product like they do is far more hurtful to them ;)
Besides the story has been getting worse, so it's probably not worth the effort, every now and then you got to waste money on a game to remind yourself to only buy on sale with at least 50% off.
So, one of the things that needs to be understood is that just disabling or uninstalling Mods is sometimes not enough.
Mods sometimes cause modifications to the Save files such that they will not work without the Mod. And if the Mod(s) are incompatible with the current version of the game? That's not good.
Mods also can make modifications to BG3 persistent files in the Larian Studios directory in AppData\Local. Even a BG3 uninstall does not remove these files and a reinstall does not replace them. This is also where the Saves are kept.
This problem that is being experienced is NOT a BG3 bug problem. It is up to Mod authors to updated their Mods in a timely fashion. Mods are not currently supported in BG3 by Larian Studios and they do NOT take modding into account when updating the game.
Good Luck
