Im on the moment in which Mizora want to f*ck xD, and i didint want this bc maybe im gonna lose some quest? For example, i have the romance with Shadowheart, and if i accept, could there be a change in behavior (in this case, shadowheart) and lose some extra mission or quest? I want to take care of all the content I have and not avoid any because the last thing I want is to finish the game in a hurry xD, and maybe I accept This with Mizora Shadowheart maybe she will become jealous and trigger some future option block in the game (?)

I clarify that I tried to skip that scene but the next morning very OP angels appear that only make me make a previous save haha, so, idk, the previous save to avoid these dialogues is a few hours ago, and I wouldn't do it just to avoid putting "Smile" haha.

The most likely thing is that nothing will happen and I will be paranoid, but as far as content is required, I want to take advantage of everything.

Doing the Devil Nasty may affect companion romances. If in doubt, check what bg3.wiki says about the impact of the Mizora "romance" (I wouldn't really use that word.)
