Yet, every GNOME relationship that's explicitly shown in the game turns out to be non-straight. It does make you wonder if theres some deeper lore at play here, perhaps gnomes in this universe are just incredibly progressive in their romantic choices.
Or maybe its just a coincidence, a quirk of how the story was written?
(Played HM, so can't reload to check.)
Anyway, not _all_ gnomes are gay, there is some straight representation.
Not an idea, are they using some advanced, ingenious methods? Maybe they've got a whole high-tech, magical gnome lab hidden away somewhere, dabbling in some cutting-edge gnome science. So ahead of teh curve and progressive!
Eh, just because there's a father-daughter dynamic, it doesn't automatically define the father's sexual orientation. He could be straight, gay, or anything else on the spectrum. Of course, we will never know, because his relationship is not presented to us in game directly.
Piss off the people that keep your country running. Great idea man. Do you need more glue maybe?
It's not about BG3 being for everyone it's about Forgotten Realms lore and the characters that live in the lore. Don't know if you have played any of the games before, bg1/bg2/ Nerverwinter or read any of the books.
If you had you would see that Larian have greatly woked it up just to be politically correct.
