Bugs in Guildhall fight are the worst I've found
The big guildhall fight is seriously bugged. Depending on which angle you come in to the fight the AI is frozen on it's turn. A few will engage but most just dash and go nowhere. If you move around it can stimulate the AI to do something.

I suspect the large number of participants and the multilevel area overwhelms the AI pathing,

That fight can go multiple ways depending on what path you take. I don't remember any bugs in my version.

Do report the bug you're having via the link on top of the launcher.

Given that you are apparently experiencing several bugs, are you using certain mods?

I never use mods.

Started from the platform near 9 fingers office it went smooth. Started from the street level entrance it went off the rails.

My bug reporting quota is filled. I'm still waiting on seeing/hearing results from the set I've already reported. Silence.

The AI seems easily confused in fights with large pathing.

I saw some strange behavior in the act 3 graveyard fight as well.

I started the kobold fight in the graveyard. About 2 turns in a fight started spontaneously in the house across the street from the graveyard. It was a mindflayer as well as a squad of fists. They were all yellow including the mindflayer. Fists killed mindflayer. Steel watch came over and joined my fight against the kobolds and the other fists ran around the house confused.

I assume the mindflayer was the one I let live in the windmill.
