There's all sorts of mods adding romanceable partners and even extensive sexual content to Skyrim. Nexusmods has a lot, and then, if you're really on the frisky side, Loverslab. You can start romantic relationships leading into pregnancy and kids, or earn some gold with the oldest profession. Honestly, the romance content for Skyrim might be the most additional content ever developed for a game.

Amorous Adventures, Caliente's Beautiful Bodies, and dependencies, for some basic romance. If you're into something wild, check Loverslab for the most downloaded mods. But beware, Loverslab is wild.

Loverslab has stuff like offering your body to an attacker instead of dying (Defeat), including, if you're so inclined, creatures. There's mods for pregnancy, which simulate the entire female cycle. And which, if you're so inclined, allow creature-facilitated pregnancy. There is addon sized mods that turn the entire World misogynistic, where women are treated as slaves and forbidden from wearing clothing, among other things (Slaverun). There's BDSM style animations and clothing, thousands of items. There's animation packs and skin replacements specifically for creatures... honestly, short of kiddy stuff, Loverslab has pretty much anything you could come up with. It's a crazy space.
We shall see what BG3 Sex Framework eventually evolves into.
What makes the mod great is the mod author.
However, Baldur's Gate 3 is not such a game where such a type of mod is necessary. The maximum lengths imaginable is what you can see with Conan Exiles with an extensive NSFW mod which leaves no wishes open. But again: Baldur's Gate 3 is not that kind of game where such would be necessary, nor appropiately fitting.
