And, if you have Script Extender, mods that can just award you XP by fiat. (In fact, so can a basic SE console command, I believe.) That's the most "cheaty" of course. (And I think can also be done with external Trainers like WeMOD.)
... I also found out Debug Book can do this too, even without SE, but warning, as I keep saying, this very much a "use at your own risk" mod. The basic things in it DO work as described.
There's also a mod to make your Tav look like Thomas the Tank Engine. Why? I have no idea, and couldn't possibly care, but it's there.
