Astarion unarmed

So I saw Astarion doing a lot of damage with unarmed moves. How do I get them? I already skipped the part so I'll have to do it the second play through.

You don't have to start over, speak with Withers when ASterion selected, ask him to choose new class and create a monk, better with 3 level multiclass into rouge thief.

So whats open hand rogue at level 7?

Open hand is a monk's subclass, rouge here means monk/rouge multiclass (or I didn't get the question if it's nor what you're asking)

You should google any monk-thief build, in terms of a single target damage monks are mvp cause you can do like 150+ (max damage without crits) for a single bonus action attack.
