This is false. Duelling does work with versatile weapons, or at least it works with longswords. I've personally used it, just slap a shield on with it and you will get the extra 2 damage.
Duelist works with shield. But it does not work with versatile weapons.
False.

You are only linking proof which confirms my statement.
Notes
Also works with versatile weapons (despite the description stating otherwise), as long as you only wield the versatile weapon in one hand.

Is it possible to see in the results, if the +2 dmg was used or not? Because from the description of duelling, it would be also not possible to use a rapier for duelling, because it is versatile.
It DOES work with versatile weapons as long as you're holding a shield so the weapon is equipped 1-handed. That being said, it may require expending a feat to dual wield it, but that feat is a pretty damn good feat if you want to dual wield because it has other benefits.
