Maximum Level reached message in exp bar

When I first hit 12, I saw my exp building up over time.
If it says this now, have I hit the equivalent exp of level 20?

I highly doubt it. In 5E you need 355,000 exp to be level 20.

The game has these two keys that stop xp at 30000 past level 12 which would be level 13 but that data is not in the native build. Plus now that your save file has reach that max flag you cannot even mod your way out. You would have to mod the game and use a save before that limit was reached.
