Alright, Ana ~
I have checked your savegame

It looks like you used at some point the Baldur's Gate 3 mod manager and messed up with the game's settings using that. Because of that the savegame has a faulty dependency which effectively corrupted the savegame. That means it cannot be converted to a new version without issues.
In fact, I cannot even load it with the correct game version, because I am missing your mods settings.
You could try if using a rollback version of the game helps you to get your game running again with that specific savegame

Personally I recommend to start an entirely new playthrough after removing all traces of mods from your game, if you really wish to do a mod-free playthrough.
I just removed the ModFixer from the mods folder, and managed to load my savegame \o/. Thanks a lot for your help, now I know that to play I have to remove the ModFixer, but to create a new game I have to put it back :).
Thanks again !
Yeah, that is a relatively common issue which I dislike strongly. It is your decision. But I can help you to clean your game completely. You need to do as instructed here from top to bottom without missing a single step
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3018203217
Afterwards check also the mentioned mods folder here
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3024252010
You can use this in the future if you still want to learn mods
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3126703693
but best you first now learn how to clean up all mods traces, so you can play the game normally without having any issues anymore. If you do as instructed in the guide you should be able to create characters normally again as it will set your game back to vanilla.
Thank you sooo much ! I'm going to do that.
To explain the whole story, a few months ago I wanted to install some mods, simply by putting them in the mods folder. They were mods to modify the appearance of the characters, nothing more. I installed a mod fixer and a manager (I've forgotten the name, and I think it's this one I've never managed to uninstall because I can't remember the name). I never got the mods to work, so I deleted everything and the folder is empty. Since then, I had finished the game without mods and wanted to restart a game. Except that there was a bug in the character creation. I couldn't create anything, there were 8 naked characters and Dark Urge as a group, making it impossible to do anything. I was advised on a French website to put the modfixer back in, as a mod had probably been incorrectly uninstalled and was blocking the creation of the character. When I put the modfixer back in the mods folder, it solved the problem, and I was able to restart a new game. It had given me an error message saying that a mod was in conflict. I uninstalled the game, uninstalled Steam, deleted all Baldur's Gate folders and files, but never found the mod. I think the problem is the manager, which I never found. It was an .exe, that's all I remember.
Thank you again, I'm following the steps of your tutorials now ^^.
Have comfort in the fact that many people have the same issue.
That is why I try in my mod guide to teach people first how to mod safely.
What you described with the eight naked men is a typical issue where people forgot to delete DWrite.dll from Script Extender. The guide to clean cache, when doing from top to bottom, with the reset game part, take that into consideration.
I am very certain you will be okay once when you are done. If you need more help or have another question because something is unclear: feel free to ask.
