Vulkan most of the time. Unless they fixed some bugs you should switch to Dx11 at grymforge and shadow lands as vulkan crashes A LOT at that areas and breaks savegames

Depends on your PC. Some players get better performance with Vulkan, some with DX11. Typically people with older machines should use DX11, but you should test it yourself.

dx11. Vulkan is pretty unstable. A shame because I got better performance with vulkan.

I recommend you use DirectX then

YMMV but generally would say Vulkan has better performance but is more unstable. Run it if you can and don't have issues, but otherwise stick with DirectX.

As far as I know, Nvidia graphics cards work better with DX11, while AMD works better with Vulkan.

dx11 will give you slow loading on textures and occasional microstutters. Vulkan runs pretty flawlessly on nvidia cards at least.
