Comparing PC to Xbox version
Okay, so I am currently playing a halfling nature cleric of Yondalla on the xbox version to see and compare the two. Here are the differences I've noticed.

(TLDR; PC version is better but Xbox version is still great)

Now, my gaming laptop is decent but not the best and I don't have the money for anything better so graphics rendering is actually superior on my Series S. But the game runs smooth as butter on both once up and running so there aren't any issues.

The xbox version I linked my Larian account and it is possible to share save files from PC to Xbox, which is nice. The downside is is that I seem to have to reconnect to my Larian account every time I open up the Xbox version, which means typing in my email and password every time with a controller, this is a lot slower and it's much easier to just not link to Larian's servers and instead just play.

I really enjoy the zoom in and close up, and the controls feel very intuitive on the xbox. For instance, if I want to jump I just push up on the d-pad. If I want to stealth I hold down on the d-pad and the whole party starts sneaking. Clicking the right joystick lets me see enemies line of sight so I can set party members up in a place I know they won't be seen.

The biggest issue with Xbox is the skill wheels. If I want to redo my hotbar I have to push either RB or LB to bring it up, scroll to each ability and remove it. There is a bit of lag between hovering over the ability and the ability highlighting for me to do anything with it, which is kind of annoying.

The Xbox version of the inventory automatically has it sort by type so I don't have to keep redoing the sort button like I do on the PC. Somehow inventory management is easier with the controller than on PC, which feels weird.

So far everything has been easy to find that I know is there since I've played the crap out of this game over the course of early access and its release.

Overall, it works great, but reorganizing the ability wheels just is too annoying for me to want to commit to a full-playthrough on Xbox since I like resetting it to my liking, and that lag to pick which spell or ability I want to use slows down combat unnecessarily.

Overall, it's still a great version of the game and something I think a lot of people will be able to get into.
