Do we know if well get anything like this as similar to divinity their previous game? it would be fan ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tastic to design our own maps and combat encounters

GM mode not likely as Wizards of The Coast, who own the D&D rights, want to launch their own digital GM product and that would compete with it. Map editor? Maybe. There's some talk about that on the Larian forums.
