Patch 5 - macOs

Hi all! The forum can’t open for me and I can’t understand what’s going on with MacBook owners. I still don’t have the patch and all the additions (Was there any information from the Larian about macOS?

Yes, they've said multiple times on X that they're still working on the patch and subsequent hotfixes for Mac, and they should be ready very soon (the last message from Swen right before the game awards was that it was in the last round of testing)

Damn it, it's been 4 months since release? And we still can't play multiplayer properly. Can't they just release patches simultaneously on different platforms? It is impossible to play co-op if you have different patches. This is a DND game, you are supposed to play co-op but 70% of the time it doesn't work due to patch mismatch. F u larian....

With that phrasing of yours you are clearly not here for discussion. Otherwise you would not omit the fact that most players have no issues to play between Windows and Mac, considering Windows users have easy workarounds for the mismatch.

Thank you too! While I might have given up hope by now I am still convinced if enough people, regardless if they are playing on Mac or not, make it clear that the communication from Larian is lacking at on that front can make a difference in the future!

I'd like to hear about these workarounds? Nothing has worked for me so far. There were some workarounds between different versions of Patch 4, but between 4 and 5... nothing works for me.

We have to support each other like a good community :). I'm still missing a lot of features, some were even available from the last patch, and the kiss scene with Astarion still crashes. I don't understand if patches are not installed at my place in principle, or is it something else
