Finished Honour Mode, solo even. Didn't get my gold dice. Help?

I'm actually incredibly mad about this. I've spent like 120 hours total to get these dice, and while enjoyable hours, I didn't get the actual dice.

I launch the game with mods. That's the only possible reason I can come up with for why I don't have the damn dice. But there is literally ZERO information about whether mods somehow disable gold dice or not. Literally anyone to help me out? I'm so fed up with this.

Is this dependent on achievements or something? If so, WHY?? People play offline! People play with mods! People just skip the steam platform all together because this game has no DRM! What is going on???

Some mods are known to disable achievements. In the Nexus there are things you can download to enable them again, if you have a save before the spot where the achievement is triggered then loading it with the achievement enabler thing will fix it. But that worked for me back in Patch 3, I'm not sure how it is with newest patch, the mod comment section is very helpful.

The same flag ingame that unlocks the achievement is likely tied to unlocking the gold dice too, which would be disabled by mods.
It has nothing to do with steam, the game is DRM free. It's a system within the game itself that prevents achievement flags from being set with mods.
The game tells steam what achievements to unlock, steam doesn't somehow know on its own what you did ingame.

So this is definitely tied to achievements? Are you sure or just spitballing? Because that seems incredibly anti-player to me, and im actually really mad if this is the case...

Honor mode can’t be won with mods lol. Mods are literally cheating in many cases

I don't see why they'd program a different flag for the golden dice if they already made one for the achievement.
While I can't say for certain, i'm pretty confident, as that's just.. efficient.

Mods have almost always disabled achievements. I believe there's even a little pop up the first time you launch a file with mods installed.

I had the level 20 multiclass mod going when I beat the game in Honor Mode. I got the Steam achievement! But when I loaded up one of my old saves, I didn't see a gold dice option...

There's a mod to allow achievements, or just dl the mod that give the dice but at this point take the mod that add a lot of other dices.

If you don’t mind mods, just play with a mod that gives golden dice, or galaxy dice or whatever.

Don't get mad about it. Like others have said, there is likely a 99.9% chance the reason your dice did not unlock is because you play with mods. That is an easy thing to see coming.

But since you are familiar with mods, like others have also said, just get some cool skins. You already did the cool thing. A skin reward is so arbitrary. You did it. Congrats. You rock. Feel good about yourself, not bad.

Mods absolutely disable achievements. There's a reason they call it Honour mode mate. You're expected to play 'Honorably' without save scumming, assistance, reloads or help.

You skahrood yourself. Mods are considered cheats. They will disable achievements.

Normally I would congratulate a person on getting through Honour mode but... mods.

Just get another mod to fix it.
