Is the i5-13400f enough?
I need to upgrade my CPU and i saw an i5 13400f for 170$ seems a good deal so
Anyone playing with that cpu? Is it capable to run the game at 60fps without slowdowns? I cannot find benchmark of people in ACT 2 or 3 where its most demanding and my old i5 8400 suffers a lot, if the i5 is capable of mantain a stable 60fps most of the game i will be happy with that if not however i may go for the expensive route change half of my rig and get a Ryzen 7 7800x3d the problem is i cannot afford that rn and i will need to save several months but i can get the i5 now what you guys recommend?

Are you sure about that being a good deal?
I do not know where you live but from my personal point of view it seems too expensive.

It is enough, but getting that a 7800x3d will prolly allow you to keep your CPU a couple of years more before needing to upgrade again. Choice is yours.

I play with an i5-8400 and a 5700xt i got the same fps on 1440p ultra as if i play low 720p, also the cpu usage rises to 99% maybe you have a i5 8600k wich may be enough but mine isnt i can ensure you it drops below 60fps frequently and i personally dont want to play at 30-40fps
